Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all training programmes, workshops, chart reviews, and clinic sessions booked with Glowpathhub. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Breakout Retest Mastery cohort

Deposit (£150): Fully refundable if you cancel more than fourteen days before the cohort start date. Cancellations within fourteen days forfeit the deposit unless we can fill your place from a waiting list.

Full programme fee: If you cancel after paying the balance but before the start date:

• More than fourteen days before start: full refund minus an administrative fee of £25
• Seven to fourteen days before start: 50% refund of the total fee paid
• Less than seven days before start: no refund

Once the cohort begins, the programme fee is non-refundable. If you miss sessions, recordings are provided for twelve weeks but we do not offer partial refunds for non-attendance.

3. One-on-One Chart Review

Full refund if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

You may reschedule once at no charge with 48 hours' notice. A second reschedule incurs a £25 fee.

4. Extended Chart Review Package

If you cancel before the first session: full refund minus £25 administrative fee. After the first session: refund of remaining unused sessions at 70% of the per-session value. After the second session: no refund for the third session unless we cancel.

5. Weekly Structure Clinic

Individual clinic sessions are refundable in full if cancelled 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Pre-paid blocks of four sessions receive a 10% discount; unused sessions in a block are refundable at the single-session rate minus the discount already applied.

6. Group Workshop (Bakewell)

Full refund if cancelled more than seven days before the workshop date. Cancellations within seven days receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel the workshop, you receive a full refund or transfer to the next available date.

7. Non-refundable items

• Printed chart workbooks once dispatched
• Administrative fees stated above
• Sessions marked as no-show without prior notice
• Programme fees after a cohort has started

8. Work already started

For chart reviews, if we have already completed preparatory review of your submitted charts (more than 30 minutes) and you cancel within 48 hours of the session, the session fee is non-refundable but you may reschedule once.

9. Deposits

Deposits reserve limited-capacity places. Deposits are applied to the total fee and are handled according to the cancellation windows above. Deposits are not transferable to another person without our written agreement.

10. Rescheduling by Glowpathhub

If we reschedule a session or cohort start date, you may accept the new date or receive a full refund of any fees paid for the affected service.

11. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen working days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank.

To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@glowpathhub.click with your name, booking reference, and reason. We confirm eligibility within three working days.

12. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions for documented medical emergencies or bereavement at our discretion. Contact us as soon as circumstances allow.
